Because on the 'Dragon Knight Armor' mod page where the picture is posted - by Mechface2012 - he thanked the mod author for the amazing texture resource. It might allude to him using the textures from the mod for personal use. Hence he made the helmet retexture for himself and just never uploaded it to the public.Edit: Sorry man, didn't read your update on this post, looks like you were a step further than me this whole time.

Anyway, keep us updated if you hear anything from Mechface or find a standalone mod, hiding in the nexus.Edit 2: The author has already responded and declared that he will not be creating a retexture mod anytime soon:As he states; anyone who would volunteer contact the authors of the other mods he used to create the retexture with - and seek permission for him to use them - can PM him (along with the other mod authors assent). Then he'll forward the edited textures.But as seen this post was made back in May 2017, we'll have to be lucky if he'll actually respond to any of us. Not even to get started on the other mod authors.
