Hello and thanks for replying,Its on Windows Spotlight, where it changes the lockscreen picture once in awhile. Nonetheless, I've tried switching to 'picture' and it was still black screen but showed the time in white and regular features.

Switched back to Windows Spotlight, and Stillthe same Black screen with time showed in white (regular, works normal), 'do you like this' on the top right and so on but the picture background is just black. After udate to Windows 10 version 1709.16299.129 I am getting a blank ( blue background ) lock screen with date and clock on it.How to enable the lock screen picture? When I press keys ( Win+ L ) I do get the selected lock screen picture.I noticed that in settings Personalization Lock Screen is missing ' Show lock screen background picture on the sign-in screen'switch. Instead there is a different switch 'Gets free facts,tips, tricks and more on your lock screen'.Also, I checked in System Properties the Advanced Performance options window whether 'animate windows when minimizing and maximizing ' is enabled.
